Ever wondered how to replicate at home those fabulous Asian dishes that you order in restaurants? Well now it's possible with restaurant-quality Fantastic Fresh Noodle Sauces. Fantastic's quality range of Asian inspired sauces include the ever popular Peanut Satay, Honey Soy, Teriyaki, Green Curry, and now Sweet & Sour, and Sweet Chilli sauces.

The range of six sauces feature all natural ingredients, have no added MSG, are free of preservatives and artificial colours. They are distinctly fresh in flavour and appearance and will add that extra something to your evening meal.

Fantastic's Fresh Noodle sauces can be used in stir-fries, wok tossed meals, curries or even served as dippers or condiments. They can be used to simmer meat and vegetables, or can be used simply as a stir-through sauce.

Directions
Prepare Fantastic Noodles as packet directs. Heat oil in wok, add 500g sliced meat, 4 cups of sliced vegetables, and stir fry for 3-5 minutes until meat is cooked. Add 1 packet Fantastic Fresh Noodles, toss through. Stir through 400g jar of Fantastic Fresh Noodle Sauce, and warm through. Alternatively, microwave sauce in the jar (remove lid and foil seal, replace lid loosely) for 1 minute on high, stir, microwave for a further 1 minute on high. Stir through. Serves 4.

Product Descriptions
Sweet & Sour - A stir-fry sauce that balances the sweetness of honey and pineapple, with the sourness of citrus and vinegar. Slivered seasonal vegetables add a richness and complexity to this popular sauce, which makes it unnecessary to add any additional vegetables, just add meat if you wish.

Sweet Chilli - Thai in origin, this is a sweet & mild sauce that can be served with virtually any meat or seafood. This sauce borrows from the richness of honey, sherry, plum and tomatoes, and with the addition of red chilli and spices, it makes a flavoursome sauce. Sweet Chilli sauce can be used as a marinade, dipping sauce, stir-fry sauce or as a glaze for meat.

Peanut Satay - A deliciously creamy satay sauce with ground peanuts, coconut cream and Asian spices. Use as a marinade, dipping sauce, or as a stir-fry sauce. Suitable for meat or vegetarian dishes.

Honey Soy -A delicately flavoured soy sauce balanced with the sweetness of honey and blended with garlic, chilli and ginger. Suitable for stir-frys, dipping sauces and glazes or marinades.

Teriyaki - A rich dark sauce Teriyaki is a blend of soy sauce, onion, garlic and ginger, with a selection of finely ground spices (star anise, cinnamon, fennel, cloves, pepper & chilli). Use Teriyaki sauce as a dipping sauce, as a dressing for salads and coleslaws, a marinade, or as a quick sauce for meat dishes.

Green Curry - A mild traditional curry, enveloping the flavours of coriander, green capsicums and a hint of green chilli. Suitable for meat or vegetarian dishes, Green Curry sauce can be used in a stir-fry or a spicy curry soup.
